These were the highlights of the first edition

The first edition of the Orderchamp Digital Fair 2020 in the theme Home Essentials is a fact! From Sunday the 2nd to Wednesday the 5th August there were various live, online presentations of brands, inspiring guest speakers and (retail) experts. With webinars from Hong Kong, Thailand and Berlin, it was an interesting and diverse first edition. In this blog we look back at the highlights!

A warm welcome by Joost Brugmans

Last Sunday, CEO Joost Brugmans kicked off with an opening presentation. During the webinar, Joost first reflects on the past, challenging months and how the retail landscape has changed as the consequences of COVID-19. A small bright spot: that is also where the idea for the Orderchamp Digital Fair arose! Joost also emphasizes even more positive prospects for Orderchamp and the platform users. Collection presentations

In total names 14 brands participate in the first edition to share more about their brand and showcase the new collections. This resulted in a varied group of (international) brands from our popular ones Home & Living and Kitchen & Dining categories, together: Home Essentials. During the webinars, each brand told their own personal story in a unique way and showed their new products live. Live webinars were given from Hong Kong, Thailand and Berlin! We are proud that we offer so many inspiring brands on Orderchamp, which can now sell their products to more than 12,000 retailers.

Kirsten Jassies via showUP - Social Media Expert

showUP has quickly developed into the ultimate purchasing fair for home accessories and gift items. showUP is characteristic because of the qualitative, curated range of brands and the spatial design. The home fair has been around since 2013 and focuses on buyers of (online) home and gift shops, concept stores, department stores, bookstores and museum shops. Like Orderchamp, showUP strives to bring together inspiring brands and unique products with which all retailers can distinguish themselves.

showUP was happy to join the Orderchamp Digital Fair: Home Essentials edition! Instagram expert and social media trainer Kirsten Jassies hosted a webinar on behalf of showUP. Kirsten has always enjoyed the interior design industry and has been working with various interior bloggers since 2010. During the Home Essentials edition, Kirsten gave a presentation "Instagram trends in Interior" and shared useful tips & tricks.
